I'm Dre Gordon (she/they), a graphic designer from the Pacific Northwest. My former career in early childhood education along with a life-long sewing hobby led me to a love of production and design. My current focuses are on print, surface pattern design and animations. For fun, I create patterns inspired by my personal collection of images and apply them to clothing items I sell in my little online store. I'm visually influenced by the work of people like Sister Corita Kent and Tibor Kalman because of their use of color, shape and typography. I'm a naturally curious person and I derive joy from research and experimentation in all facets of my life. I'm resourceful; if I don't know how to do something, I will search for a workable solution. This process is my passion, but I almost always would rather be at the beach.
